Ambulance VR
The brilliant documentary makers Parable Works were asked to produce a 6 minute 360 VR documentary to accompany the BBC1 series Ambulance.
They brought in the help of friends Matt Rudd from Rudd Studio and Lee Ellis from Mighty Pow to work on interesting ways of transitioning between scenes in 360.
Matt art directed and took care of graphics design. Lee deisigned and animated the sweeping 360 transitions following the contours of the footage.
It all makes for a very interesting and atmospheric effect when viewed in a headset, with your surroundings unfolding all around you.
