Meet The Team
Nancy
Director / Animator
With over 25 years of experience in animation and illustration, Nancy has led teams in children’s television production, designed and animated interactive campaigns for major brands, and produced educational and promotional content for a wide range of audiences.
Known for her eye for colour, composition, and character, Nancy enjoys the early creative stages — developing ideas, visual styles, and storytelling approaches that give each project its tone and personality.
Lee
Director / Animator
Whether it’s 3D training material for the engineering sector, animating marketing campaigns and presentations, or building AR/VR experiences, motion design is at the heart of Lee’s work.
Always pushing for new ways of doing things, Lee has acquired a broad range of animation techniques over the last 25 years.
Also a keen illustrator, Lee enjoys drawing up concept sketches – a real bonus when working with clients to visualise their ideas, before launching into production.
Production
Unlike a conventional agency, our process is led by the animators at every stage, bringing years of practical experience from concept to final frame.
Initial Stage:
We define the core communication goal, ensuring the foundation of the project is precise and achievable.
Script:
Our experience allows us to expertly edit and refine scripts, structuring the narrative specifically for motion and maximum visual impact.
Moodboard & Storyboard:
As skilled Illustrators, Nancy and Lee retain total creative control over the visual integrity and narrative flow from the outset.
Final Design:
We utilise a broad and versatile range of rendering and visual styles to create a unique, brand-perfect look.
Animation:
We use industry-leading tools such as After Effects and advanced 3D software, ensuring smooth, high-quality production.
Editing:
Our video editing experience guarantees a highly polished, final cut that maximizes narrative power.
Delivery:
We handle delivery across every format. Whether that’s widescreen, specific social media ratios, or niche digital platforms.
